JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Human Resources Manager: Oversees staff recruitment, training, and employee relations.

• Salary : 7000 AED
• Required Job Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field is usually required.  minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the hospitality industry.  Ability to lead HR teams, manage departmental budgets, and contribute to strategic planning.  Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.  Fluency in English is mandatory.  Active networking within the hotel and hospitality industry in Dubai. 

2. Training Manager: coordinates staff training and development programs.

    Salary : 6000 AED

• Required Job Qualifications:  Master’s Degree: A Master’s in HR, training, or a related field can provide a competitive edge.  A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, with at least 1-3 years in a managerial position within the hotel industry.  experience in conducting leadership development programs and succession planning within a hotel environment.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse hotel staff and management.  Adaptability: the ability to adapt training approaches to fit different learning styles and cultural backgrounds. 
• English: Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication and training delivery.
• Additional Languages: Knowledge of Arabic or other languages can be advantageous in connecting with a diverse workforce.

3. Receptionist:  A hotel receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. 

    Salary : 4500 AED

• Required Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent: Most hotels require a minimum of a high school diploma, though some prefer candidates with a degree in hospitality management or a related field.  Multitasking Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, particularly in a fast-paced environment. 
• Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Additional Languages: Proficiency in other languages, such as Arabic, French, Russian, or Chinese, is a significant advantage due to the diverse clientele in Dubai. Willingness to Work Shifts: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. 

4. Executive Housekeeper: The executive housekeeper is crucial in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience. 

• Salary : 6500 AED
• Required job qualifications: 
• Degree in Hospitality Management: A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Certifications: Additional certifications in housekeeping management, hospitality operations, or facility management can be advantageous. 
• Extensive Housekeeping Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a luxury or high-end hotel.
• Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate large teams to achieve high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Experience in managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.  Strong skills in managing housekeeping supplies, inventory control, and procurement processes.  Experience in implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to ensure rooms and public areas meet or exceed guest expectations. 
• Team Collaboration: ability to work closely with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Guest Interaction: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address guest concerns and feedback effectively. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle unexpected challenges and resolve issues efficiently.  Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.  Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Understanding of local health and safety regulations, particularly in relation to cleaning practices, chemical handling, and overall hotel safety standards. 

5. Massage Therapist: provides professional massage services to guests, helping them relax, unwind, and rejuvenate during their stay. They are skilled in various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, and aromatherapy, and tailor each session to the guest’s specific needs. 

    Salary : 5000 AED

• Required job qualifications: 

• Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy: A recognized diploma or certification in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Specialized training in various massage techniques is highly valued.
• Continuing Education: Ongoing education and certifications in advanced techniques or therapeutic modalities, such as sports massage, deep tissue, aromatherapy, or hot stone massage, are advantageous.

• Experience in Luxury or Hotel Spas: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a massage therapist, particularly in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end spas, is preferred.
• Diverse Modalities: Proficiency in multiple massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, reflexology, and Shiatsu, among others. 
• Spa Software Proficiency: Familiarity with booking and management software commonly used in spas, such as SpaSoft or Mindbody, is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology: A strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology is needed to provide safe and effective treatments. 
• Professional Appearance: Maintaining a clean, professional appearance and adhering to the hotel's grooming standards.
• Physical stamina: ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for long periods and applying various levels of pressure during massages. Understanding Hygiene Protocols: Adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols, particularly in the use of oils, lotions, and equipment, to prevent cross-contamination and ensure guest safety. 
• Valid Work Permit: A valid work permit or visa to work in Dubai is mandatory.
• Licensing: In some cases, a local license or registration with a health authority may be required to practice as a massage therapist in Dubai.

6. Waiter & Waitress: A waiter or waitress in a hotel is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in the hotel's restaurant, bar, or dining areas. They take orders, deliver meals and drinks, ensure that guests have everything they need, and create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. 

    Salary : 3500 AED

• Required job qualifications: 
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Most hotels require a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality Training: Additional training or a diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or a related field is advantageous. 
• Experience in Fine Dining or Luxury Hotels: Previous experience as a waiter or waitress, particularly in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-end establishments, is highly preferred.
• Food and Beverage Knowledge: Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards, including wine and spirits knowledge, food pairings, and menu offerings. 
• Multitasking Ability: Skill in managing multiple tables, orders, and requests simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Upselling Techniques: Experience upselling menu items, promotions, and special offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Customer Service Excellence: A strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and well cared for. 
• Professional Appearance: maintaining a clean and professional appearance and adhering to the hotel’s grooming standards.
• Positive Attitude and Work Ethic: A friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role. 
• Fluency in English: Excellent verbal communication skills in English are required to interact with international guests.
